Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located in Tirana/Albania.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting updated or different terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Changes will be effective upon posting.
